Training and Supervision Package:

This training is aimed at any business or organisation who must work collaboratively on a regular basis. This will be especially relevant to organisations who rely on a range of cohesive & well-functioning teams to achieve business goals and aspirations. 2-day in-person training for up to 25 people plus two management/HR supervision sessions (1.5 hours sessions) with a psychologist to support effective implementation following training. This also includes materials that will support implementation.
